Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Process

• All bookings must be made by persons aged 18 or over
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is required 48 hours before the hire period
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed booking form
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion

2. Payment Terms

• All costs are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash (prior arrangement)
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or overtime
• Fuel surcharges may apply for bookings over 50 miles from our base

3. Cancellation Policy

Note: Cancellations due to COVID-19 or government restrictions will be handled individually and may qualify for full refund or rescheduling.

4. Vehicle and Equipment

• Our party bus is fully licensed under VOSA regulations
• Maximum capacity: 20 passengers (seated)
• All safety equipment is provided and must be used as directed
• Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or equipment
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
• We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle is misused

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all passengers behave responsibly and legally
• No illegal substances or activities permitted
• Excessive intoxication may result in journey termination
• Damage to vehicle will be charged to the lead booker
• Clean-up charges apply for excessive mess

6. Insurance and Liability

• We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
• All vehicles are fully insured for passenger carrying
• Customers are advised to have their own personal insurance
• We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have any complaints:

• Contact us within 48 hours of your booking
• Provide detailed information about the issue
• We will investigate and respond within 7 working days
• Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation
• Legal disputes are subject to English law
